Attic Ladder Cover 25×55 no flange

This unit is for an attic ladder or scuttle hole where the inside framing measures 22.5 x 54 up to 25 x 55. we ship with height of 9 or 13 in. Either will work. The height can be cut if needed with a box cutter once installed. It will slip right into your attic hatch framing and has no flange. These units are used by Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home builders to meet IRC 402.2.4 code.
