Completely air seal your (or your clients) crawl space door. Many high efficiency contractors are both encapsulating and many times conditioning the crawl space now.  It is a high efficiency upgrade that saves on energy. The crawl space entryway MUST BE SEALED to get an encapsulated crawl to work. The reflective thermal layer is protected and not exposed with this product. This product offers a 100% air barrier for your crawl space entry but still allows for zippered access.
